Ocean Coaching was founded in 2015 by Danielle Dagenais, B.Sc., PCC, a very active professional business coach well-known in Quebec and beyond. Danielle had the vision of launching a firm exclusively dedicated to coaching, that would aim specifically at supporting organizations evolve by means of the development of their leaders (executives, managers, and professionals).
Since its foundation, our firm stands out thanks to the competencies of its certified coaches, their track record as former business managers or executives, and also because of their personal qualities.
